Welcome to 1nk.ai. These Terms govern your use of our website, link‑in‑bio pages, and AI chat services (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction).
• Waitlist sign‑ups provide an email and optional handle; creators may later create a page.
• You are responsible for all activity on your account and keeping your credentials secure.

2. Creator Content & AI Training

• You retain ownership of content you upload or connect. You grant 1nk.ai a license to host, process, cache, transform, and display it to deliver the Service, including training and running your AI chat according to your settings.
• Creators should only connect content they have rights to. Do not upload or connect infringing, illegal, or unsafe content.
• You can configure consent, tone, and guardrails. You may request takedown of content or adjustments to your AI at any time.

3. Acceptable Use

• No harassment, hate, sexual content involving minors, self‑harm encouragement, medical/financial advice presented as professional guidance, or illegal activity.
• No spamming, scraping other users, or interfering with the Service.

4. Plans, Limits, and Fees

• Free plan: up to 10 chats per month; up to 25 AI replies per chat.
• Premium plan: $10/month or $100/year, with unlimited chats and replies (fair‑use and abuse protections may apply).
• Platform fee: 25% on fan spend (e.g., paid chat, memberships, tips) processed through the Service.
• We may adjust limits/pricing with notice. Taxes and processor fees may apply.

5. Payments

Payments are handled by third‑party providers. You agree to their terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Some charges may be non‑refundable unless required by law.

6. Fan Chat Disclosures

• Fans interact with an AI assistant configured by the creator. We clearly disclose AI usage and safety guidance.
• AI responses may include affiliate or commerce links. We strive to label sponsored or monetized links where applicable.

7. Link Previews

To render link previews in chat, our servers may fetch publicly available metadata (Open Graph, Twitter cards, page titles/thumbnails). We cache minimal data to improve performance.

8. Privacy

See our Privacy Policy for how we collect and use data, including emails, chat logs, and analytics.

9. Takedown & Reporting

If you believe content violates your rights or these Terms, contact hello@1nk.ai. We may remove content, suspend accounts, or adjust AI behavior.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free operation, nor the accuracy of AI outputs. Use discretion, especially for health, finance, or legal topics.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 1nk.ai is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability related to the Service will not exceed the greater of $100 or amounts you paid to us in the past 12 months.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
